Tenant Board Member

We currently have a vacancy for a tenant board member and would like to hear from any tenant who would be interested in joining the board.

Tenant Postal Consultative Group Members

We have a tenants postal consultative group, with which we consult on a variety of issues.  If you would like to have the opportunity of making your views known to the Association you may like to join this group.

WAYS OF PAYING YOUR RENT

Your rent is due weekly in advance.  There are many different and convenient methods of payment, as shown below.

If you are having any difficulties with paying your rent, you should contact the Housing Manager immediately for further advice.  If you think you may be entitled to help with your rent payments, you should contact your local Council to  make a claim for housing benefit.

By using your rent payment card at any Post Office in the United Kingdom.

Telephone Payments logo

With a debit or credit card by telephoning our 24 hour payment service on 0870 243 6040.  You will need your rent payment card.

You can now phone the office to pay your rent by debit or credit card.

You can pay with a credit or debit card on the internet by clicking here.  You will need the number from your rent payment card.

Direct Debit logo

By Direct Debit from your bank.  Contact the office to set up over the telephone.  The bank account holder will need to have their account details.

For any queries regarding maintenance or repairs on your property,

please contact the Maintenance Surveyor, Mr Clive Jude.

HOW TO DEAL WITH REPAIRS

Requests for repairs must be made to the Association. 

All urgent requests should be made by telephone.  Please give the most accurate and complete information possible and remember to include your name, address and a contact telephone number.
